1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the TWC18 website at twc18.fun or the TWC18 mobile app, you expressly and implicitly agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all supplementary policies published from time to time.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Management

Each member is only allowed to have one (1) active account at TWC18. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of terms and will result in the closure of all such accounts without any compensation.

During the registration process, you are required to:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. TWC18 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your account security.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal of Funds

Twc18 supports a wide range of popular deposit and withdrawal methods in Malaysia, including FPX (all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and DuitNow QR. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is as specified on the Deposit page and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits using another person's account or card are not permitted.
• Twc18 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees.

Withdrawal Terms:

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

• Welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and other special promotions each carry their own wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, not your deposit amount.

6 Game Rules and Integrity

All games offered on twc18 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by an internationally accredited independent body. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including twc18 itself.

• The use of automation software, bots, scripts, or external tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain is a serious breach of our terms.
• Wins obtained through illegitimate means will be voided without any compensation.
• Twc18 reserves the right to void bets or game rounds if a proven technical disruption has affected the integrity of game outcomes.
• In the event of a dispute relating to game outcomes, TWC18's server logs shall be the definitive record and may not be contested unless there is compelling evidence of a system error.

For Live Casino sessions, all sessions are recorded and the footage can be reviewed within 72 hours after the session ends should any dispute arise.

7 Accepted Player Conduct

Twc18 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Using offensive language, threats, harassment, or bullying toward other players or support staff on any twc18 communication channel.
• Sharing or selling your TWC18 account to another party, whether for free or for payment.
• Engaging in any activity intended to facilitate money laundering or illegal financing through the TWC18 platform.
• Claiming wins that do not belong to you or attempting to defraud the twc18 payment system.

8 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your TWC18 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy.

Twc18 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• A finding that the account was registered by an individual under 18 years of age.

In the event of termination due to fraud or breach of terms, TWC18 reserves the right to withhold all balances in the relevant account pending completion of the investigation, and to forfeit those balances if the breach is proven.

9 TWC18 Liability Limit

Twc18 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose.

• Twc18 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• TWC18's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Twc18 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or incidental damages arising from the use of our platform.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Twc18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
